The opening of Zhora Maynard’s personal exhibit “Fly and Feel” at the Atlantide Gallery was yesterday the 16th of July. I’d been unable to stop over but took the ride over today to look around. The piece pictured here caught my attention, “The Broken Column – Frida Kahlo” . Ms Maynard presents an intriguing view of the famous Mexican artist. Available at the gallery are catalogs, both in Italian and English, containing Juliet Petlyakov’s comments to Zhora’s works, translations provided by Louiz Hartshon.
